We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Intern to support our hiring activities within the oil & gas, commodities, finance, HR, admin, IT, supply chain and product trading sectors. In this role, you will focus on identifying, screening, and sourcing qualified candidates for a range of technical and commercial positions. This internship offers a practical introduction to recruitment processes in a dynamic, high-demand industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, CV databases, and other sourcing tools
- Screen and shortlist candidate profiles against job specifications
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate pipelines and trackers
- Coordinate with recruiters to understand specific role requirements and hiring targets
- Assist with candidate outreach (emails, messages, or calls if required)
- Support interview scheduling and logistics
- Contribute to maintaining a positive employer brand through professional candidate communications
- Help with other recruitment-related administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Comfortable working with online platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, databases).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
