Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and project updates
- Understand client needs and ensure their expectations are met throughout the development process
- Collaborate with internal departments (sales, marketing, legal, finance) to deliver seamless service
- Identify new business opportunities through networking and relationship-building
- Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and exhibitions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support business development strategy
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on client feedback and engagement performance
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in relationship management, preferably within the real estate development sector
- Strong network of industry contacts and clients
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-value clients and projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French) are a plus
