We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Relationship Manager to manage and grow our client portfolio. The ideal candidate will be skilled in building trust, identifying client needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Understand client needs, business objectives, and challenges to provide appropriate solutions.
- Cross-sell and upsell relevant products or services.
- Resolve client concerns promptly and effectively.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver timely and quality service.
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Meet or exceed sales and retention targets.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or in a similar client-facing role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
