Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell personal loan products directly to customers
- Generate leads through outdoor sales, referrals, and field activities
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan solutions
- Ensure accurate and complete application documentation
- Achieve and exceed individual monthly sales targets
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and provide after-sales support
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in personal loan or banking sales within the UAE
- Strong knowledge of banking products and Central Bank compliance guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven personality
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
