- Conduct research, generate reports, data analysis, and recruitment-related tasks.
- Prepare market mappings as assigned.
- Search databases and portals to identify candidates that meet hiring criteria.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the CRM system.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
- Assist Managing Partners with background tasks when required.
- Compile high-level information packs to help candidates understand the client, role, and job market.
- Maintain trackers to monitor progress on various roles across multiple clients.
- Attend client and candidate meetings to gather briefings.
- Coordinate meetings between consultants and candidates.
- Preparing candidates CV in desired client report format.
Requirements
- Graduate student with a background in Human Resources (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Must be on parent’s sponsorship or Student Visa (ready to provide NOC)
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
