Position: Reservation & Ticketing Agent (Female Preferred)
About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled Reservation & Ticketing Agent to handle travel bookings, issue tickets, and deliver exceptional client support. The ideal candidate is confident working in GDS systems and stays current on global travel regulations and entry requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage flight reservations, reissues, and ticketing across multiple GDS platforms.
- Assist clients with itinerary planning, fare rules, and best routing options.
- Monitor and advise on visa, health, and other travel documentation requirements.
- Provide timely, professional customer service via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Coordinate with airlines and suppliers to resolve schedule changes and ticket issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of ticketing experience (UAE or home‑country experience is fully acceptable).
- Proficiency in major GDS systems: Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus.
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of travel/visa/entry requirements and willingness to stay current as rules change.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Female candidate preferred.
