In this dynamic role, you’ll be the key link between our customers and our business—delivering top-notch service while managing essential administrative tasks behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
- Assist customers in choosing the right watersport equipment, rentals, and services.
- Provide knowledgeable, friendly guidance on products and offerings.
- Proactively drive sales and meet targets through excellent service and upselling.
- Manage inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely, professional manner.
- Process transactions accurately, including billing and payments.
Administration
- Keep accurate records of sales, customer data, and inventory.
- Prepare bookings, invoices, and related documents.
- Handle day-to-day office tasks: phone calls, emails, scheduling, etc.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to manage stock levels and orders.
- Support marketing efforts by creating promotional materials and social media content.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of our business with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales or customer service—ideally in the watersports or outdoor industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with great attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with admin or booking software is a plus.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Passion for watersports and outdoor recreation.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Positive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
