About the team
The Restaurant Growth & Operations Manager will report directly to the General Manager of Food and act as the strategic driver behind Account Management and Restaurant Operations. They will serve as a key point of coordination across internal teams and help guide account managers in identifying, prioritizing, and executing actions that drive restaurant success. They will also be responsible for identifying key restaurant performance improvement areas and building processes to solve them at scale. The role may also support sales functions when necessary.
What you’ll do
- Own the performance and growth of restaurant partners on the platform.
- Build insights using data to inform decisions, identify trends, and unlock restaurant potential.
- Collaborate with sales, account managers, operations, and marketing/growth teams to optimize performance.
- Create and refine processes that improve scalability and efficiency across the restaurant lifecycle.
- Develop tools, dashboards, and reporting to streamline workflows and provide visibility to stakeholders.
- Act as a bridge to the product team, identifying and communicating macro-level needs and opportunities for feature development.
What you’ll need
- 6+ years of relevant experience, ideally in food tech, marketplaces, or high-growth environments.
- Highly analytical and process-oriented, with a strong ability to structure problems and execute solutions.
- Proven experience building automation tools, dashboards, or operational systems.
- Effective communicator who can manage cross-functional teams and work closely with products.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on mentality to drive tangible business outcomes.
- Is ready to get their hands dirty, this is not only about presentations and dashboards, but living the field.
- English is a must. Arabic is a plus.
