Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver top-quality service
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and handle guest concerns professionally
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers
- Prepare financial reports and analyze performance metrics
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a restaurant manager
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- ضمان جودة الخدمة والرضا التام للعملاء
- مراقبة المخزون والطلبات وتنسيق عمليات التوريد
- إعداد التقارير المالية وتحليل الأداء
- تطبيق معايير النظافة والسلامة والصحة المهنية
الشروط المطلوبة:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة المطاعم
- مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية ممتازة
- القدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل
- إجادة التعامل مع برامج نقاط البيع (POS)
- مهارات تواصل عالية مع الفريق والعملاء
