A leading high-end F&B group is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee daily restaurant operations (front & back of house)
· Manage, train, and motivate team members
· Ensure compliance with ADAFSA hygiene & safety standards
· Monitor inventory, control costs, and meet financial targets
· Resolve guest concerns professionally to maintain service excellence
· Work with marketing team to execute promotions & events
Requirements
· Proven experience as Restaurant Manager (high-end F&B preferred)
· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
· Knowledge of UAE F&B regulations and HACCP standards
· Ability to manage budgets, P&L, and achieve sales targets
· Flexible, organized, and customer-focused mindset
