Job Description: ? Oversee daily operations, monitor team performance, and ensure adherence to company standards. ? Manage staff, conduct appraisals, and resolve conflicts effectively. ? Control F&B costs and ensure delivery of high-quality customer service. ? Stay updated on industry trends, implement improvements, and drive team innovation. Qualifications: ? Male, 35 years old below ? Open to Asian and Arabic nationals ? Must have at least 3 years’ experience in F&B management with Italian brands/ fine dining restaurant. ?
