Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support the restaurant team in delivering a high-quality dining experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a hands-on approach to team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily front-of-house and/or back-of-house operations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and respond to guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.
- Assist in training, supervising, and evaluating staff performance.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain inventory and ensure proper stock levels for smooth operations.
- Support scheduling and shift planning to ensure adequate staffing.
- Handle cash, POS systems, and daily financial reporting.
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to ensure seamless service.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.
- Must speak in English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
