What will I be doing?
As Restaurant Supervisor, you will:
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to brand standards.
Lead, coach, and motivate the team to deliver personalized, attentive, and luxury-level service.
Oversee table allocations, reservations, and guest flow to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency in collaboration with the Culinary team.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, turning challenges into positive experiences.
Assist with scheduling, training, and performance development of the restaurant team.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Support inventory control, ordering, and cost management processes.
Contribute to upselling initiatives and promotional activities to drive revenue.
Perform additional tasks as required to support the success of the Food & Beverage division.
What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within a luxury restaurant or hotel environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
A refined understanding of food and beverage service standards in luxury hospitality.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
A passion for delivering world-class dining experiences.
