Job Responsibilities:
- Actively market and sell credit card products to retail customers across Abu Dhabi
- Prospect and generate leads through field activities, cold calling, and referrals
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Deliver compelling presentations and pitch products confidently
- Build and sustain strong client relationships through effective follow-up and service
- Maintain accurate and updated records of leads and conversions
Desired Profile:
- Open to both freshers and experienced sales professionals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, goal-oriented, and results-driven attitude
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Previous experience in direct sales, tele-sales, or outdoor sales is an advantage
- Familiarity with UAE banking products or financial services is a strong plus
