Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily operations across all retail outlets
- Lead, train, and motivate store teams to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Monitor store performance, analyze sales reports, and implement improvement plans
- Ensure brand standards, visual merchandising, and customer experience are consistently maintained
- Coordinate with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure timely stock availability
- Handle staffing requirements including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures for smooth functioning
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure operational compliance
- Manage budgets, forecast sales, and control operational costs
- Support promotional campaigns, new product launches, and store openings
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in an operations role
- Proven leadership and team management skills across multi-store environments
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible to travel between store locations as required
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and reporting tools
- Immediate availability is preferred

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
