Newcom, a prominent IT distribution firm, is seeking a Sales Promoter that can meet sales targets using key skills and techniques. They know the company's products well and can explain their benefits. Effective communication and client engagement are key to creating great customer relationships. Key to their strategy is measuring sales effectiveness through conversion rate.
Key Responsibilities:
•Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the company's products, their features, and benefits.
•Customer Engagement: Building strong connections with customers through effective communication and relationship-building.
•Demonstration: Skillfully showcasing products to highlight their value and functionality.
•Sales Pitch: Crafting compelling and persuasive presentations to drive sales.
•Customer Assistance: Providing excellent support and guidance to customers to meet their needs.
•Stock Management: Efficiently handling inventory, including ordering, organization, and monitoring.
•Promotional Activities: Planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional events.
•Sales Targets: Setting and striving to achieve specific sales goals and objectives.
•Feedback and Reporting: Collecting data and offering insights to improve sales strategies.
•Merchandising: Managing product displays, ensuring appealing product presentation.
•Product Presentation: Presenting products in an enticing and visually appealing manner.
•Adherence to Company Policies: Strictly following company rules, guidelines, and ethical standards.
•Promotional Event Success: Organizing events and ensuring they effectively promote products.
•Sales Conversion Rate: Measuring the effectiveness of sales efforts by tracking conversion rates.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
