1. JOB PURPOSE
To provide a day to day support role in Process Improvement and System support across retail Domain
2. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/KNOWLEDGE
· Bachelor’s degree and Minimum One years of work experience in related business environment.
· Goods Knowledge of Business Application (SAP).
· Good Knowledge in MS Excel, advance, Word, Power Point
· Communication - Should be able to effectively communicate verbal and written) with the customers, team member on the matters related to technical areas
3. COMMUNICATION AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
· Within the Department team members and Other Departments on the matters related to all technical areas. Managerial and supervisorial positions of Retail stores like Cluster Managers, Store manager, Asst. Store manager, Store Admin Supervisor.
· Internal Audit Unit
· Aggregator Partners
4. KEY DIMENSIONS AND RELATED JOB RESULTS
· Across the Retail Domain & E Commerce
· Championing all retail stock counts across retail channel & DC in UAE.
· Coordinate with IT team and function integrity testing for all data and applications in new store openings
· Coordinate with CPD team.
· Coordinates with related department and functions to assure appropriate information flow and understanding of overall process direction.
· Consignment Sales posting for all retail outlets – across GCC
· Roster Management & Process Champion for HR Application
· Support function in Replenishment Planning
· CSR reports.
