We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Revit BIM Modeler with specialized experience in aluminum and façade systems. This role is an integral part of our design and engineering team, responsible for developing coordinated 3D BIM models and producing precise 2D construction documentation for complex architectural façade projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage accurate, detailed Revit BIM models for façade and aluminum systems based on project requirements.
- Coordinate façade components with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to ensure fully integrated design solutions.
- Generate shop drawings, fabrication details, and construction documents directly from Revit models.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and internal teams to resolve design challenges and ensure constructibility.
- Participate in clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks and other BIM coordination tools.
- Ensure adherence to the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and internal modeling standards.
- Conduct quality control reviews to ensure modeling accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain and update BIM libraries with façade-specific content, including parametric families and standard details.
- Provide technical support throughout design development, pre-construction, and on-site construction phases.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Revit Modeler.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with aluminum and façade systems (curtain walls, cladding, structural glazing, etc.).
Software & Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit is essential.
- Working knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 is strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of façade engineering, fabrication processes, and material specifications.
