We at Align Staffing, are currently hiring for Roller Skating Coach for one of our clients based in Dubai.
· Requirements:
2–4 years of experience working in a roller rink, with strong roller skating skills and the ability to coach and guide customers safely.
· Collaborate with Unit Management to monitor game payouts and maximize revenue opportunities.
· Ensure store compliance with SOPs, company policies, employment laws, and health & safety standards.
· Maintain professional store presentation, follow dress code, and support sales and promotional activities.
· Organize and manage parties, including guest reception, checklist handling, billing, and payment collection.
· Immediate joiners preferred.
