Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and check in clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage appointment bookings efficiently.
- Communicate fluently in Russian and English, assisting clients with inquiries and service recommendations.
- Maintain an organized and serene reception area aligned with the spa’s holistic atmosphere.
- Assist with client intake forms, payments, and scheduling using spa software.
- Support the pre-opening phase by helping set up front desk systems, service menus, and guest experience protocols.
- Coordinate with therapists and wellness staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle guest feedback gracefully and contribute to an elevated client experience.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a front desk/receptionist role, preferably in a spa, wellness center, or hospitality setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, calming presence.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn spa management software.
- Presentable, well-groomed, and aligned with holistic wellness values.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualities:
- Passion for wellness, holistic therapies, and guest wellbeing.
- Previous experience in spa pre-openings is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of wellness treatments and holistic concepts is a plus.
