We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outdoor sales and excellent interpersonal skills. This role involves meeting clients in person, generating leads, and achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and engage potential customers , field networking, and client meetings.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and outdoor visits.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of outdoor sales experience (B2C or B2B preferred).
- Valid driving license is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
