About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our real estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong sales and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the local property market, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. This is a commission-based role, offering unlimited earning potential for ambitious professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and build a strong client network.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Abu Dhabi’s metropolitan areas.
- Conduct market research and comparative analysis to provide clients with accurate property valuations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
- Stay updated on market trends, legal regulations, and industry developments.
- Promote properties through various marketing channels, including social media and networking events.
- Provide expert guidance on investment opportunities and property financing options.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market and regulations.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- UAE driving license and own vehicle is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Spanish are a plus.
