About the Role:
As a Sales Agent or Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact between our company and potential clients. Your role will be to engage with leads, provide property information, and guide clients through the sales process. You’ll work closely with our sales team to help customers find the property that best suits their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective buyers, investors, or tenants
- Promote available real estate properties (residential, commercial, etc.)
- Answer questions related to property details, pricing, locations, and availability
- Generate and follow up on leads provided by the company or acquired independently
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales or property management team
- Maintain a database of interested clients and call logs
- Meet daily and monthly calling/sales targets
- Build rapport with clients and ensure high-quality service
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest or experience in real estate sales or customer service
- Ability to learn property details and market trends quickly
- Confidence, negotiation skills, and a sales-driven attitude
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Prior experience in telecalling or real estate is a plus, but not required
- Basic computer literacy (CRM systems or Excel knowledge preferred)
