Role Description
We're looking for a Results-driven Sales Professional with 2 years of proven success in the UAE market. Expertise in driving revenue through strategic client relationships, solution-oriented selling and a deep understanding of IT Products Sales and Services. Track record of exceeding sales targets and cultivating long-term business partnerships. Adept at navigating the dynamic landscape of the IT industry to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive company growth
Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new clients, business opportunities to meet and surpass sales targets and generate Sales.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, conduct client meetings, Pre-sales Meeting, understand their needs and offer effective solutions.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value of our products/services.
- Negotiation: Conduct negotiations with clients & suppliers to establish mutually beneficial agreements, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Provide regular and precise sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the management team.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales, Sales Management.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close sales
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and other team members
- Sell IT products and solutions (IT Infrastructure solutions, IT Projects, IT Security Solutions, IT hardware, etc..) to customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 Years’ Experience in IT Sales & Marketing
- Bachelor or Diploma Education
- Hindi & Arabic Speaking is an added advantage.
- UAE Driving License is an added advantage.
