Key Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations. Answer questions and resolve complaints to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
- Sales Generation: Actively engage with customers to drive sales, meet sales targets, and promote company products and services.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, restocking shelves, and maintaining the visual appearance of the store.
- Transaction Processing: Operate cash registers, process transactions accurately, and handle returns and exchanges.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and report to the Store Manager or Sales Manager.
