Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and fashion-forward Sales Associate to join our boutique team in DIFC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background evening wear, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for women’s couture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one styling and personal shopping service to clients
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure repeat visits
- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the boutique and garments
- Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and well organized
- Handle high-value transactions with discretion and accuracy
- Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory is up to date
- Coordinate with the in-house workshop to ensure timely order fulfilment and custom pieces
- Train and mentor junior sales staff when required
· Achieve sales targets and contribute to the boutique’s performance
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in evening wear fashion retail
- Fluent in English; Arabic speaking is highly preferred
- Excellent grooming and professional appearance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays
- A passion for high fashion and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai International Financial Center: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
