We Are Hiring: Auditor
Providential Properties Management is looking for a detail-oriented and highly analytical Auditor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits.
- Review financial statements, systems, and processes for accuracy and integrity.
- Evaluate internal controls and identify potential risks.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with clear findings and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Follow up on audit recommendations to confirm corrective actions are implemented.
- Collaborate with management to improve efficiency and transparency.
- Stay up to date with changes in accounting standards and auditing best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, ACCA, or CIA certification preferred).
- Previous experience as an Auditor, Internal Auditor, or in a related role.
- Strong understanding of auditing standards, internal controls, and compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and high ethical standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
