Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in similar job
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage sales quotations using Excel
- Generate and maintain sales reports
- Coordinate invoicing and follow up on pending quotations/orders
- Serve as a point of contact for customers and the sales team
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales team, internal departments and clients
- Support divisional manager with day-to-day sales operations and reporting
