Assist the sales team in managing inquiries and orders from construction company clients for manpower supply.
Prepare, review, and follow up on quotations, contracts, and service agreements specific to the construction sector.
Maintain accurate client records, sales data, and update CRM systems to track manpower supply progress.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, site visits, and communications between clients and internal teams.
Monitor sales targets and assist in preparing reports and forecasts tailored to construction manpower demand.
Ensure all manpower supplied complies with UAE labor laws, safety regulations, and client requirements.
Collect payments and cheques from clients, ensuring timely processing and proper documentation.
Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly to maintain strong, long-term relationships.
Support marketing and business development activities focused on the construction sector.
