Job Title: Sales Coordinator (Female)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented female Sales Coordinator with excellent communication skills to support our sales team. The role involves follow-ups, client coordination, and assisting in various sales activities to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients and the sales team to ensure timely responses and follow-ups.
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
- Maintain customer databases and update records in CRM or tracking systems.
- Follow up on inquiries, pending quotations, and payments.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking targets.
- Support in organizing sales meetings, presentations, and marketing activities.
- Handle inbound calls/emails and provide prompt responses to customer queries.
- Liaise with internal departments (logistics, accounts, etc.) to ensure smooth order processing.
- Monitor competitor activities and share insights with the sales team.
Requirements:
- Female candidate with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 0–2 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.
