We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by managing small enquiries, coordinating sample deliveries, and maintaining excellent customer service. The role may also involve customer visits when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and close customer enquiries efficiently.
- Coordinate and arrange delivery of product samples to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Visit customers when needed to provide support
- Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales coordination or customer service preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
