Emirates Hospitality Center is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator (Arabic Speaking) with a strong background in catering to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support the Sales & Catering team in managing client accounts and event requirements.
- Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Maintain an organized database of clients, leads, and bookings.
- Work closely with the Operations and Kitchen teams to ensure smooth execution of catering events.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence related to sales activities.
- Assist in organizing client meetings, site visits, and tastings.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sales Coordinator role, preferably in a hospitality or catering environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
