Sales Coordinator Intern (Arabic Speaker - Female)

Job Purpose
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator Intern to join our team in Dubai. This role is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of general experience who wants to learn and grow in sales. You’ll support our marketing and sales teams by managing inbound leads, coordinating activities, and making sure everything runs smoothly between marketing and sales. You won’t be directly selling, but you’ll play an important role in helping our team succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle new leads – Call and qualify inbound leads, then schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up – Stay in touch with leads and update the team on progress.
- Support the sales team – Keep track of leads, meetings, and deals in our system.
- Work with marketing – Coordinate on leads that come from different campaigns.
- Keep records updated – Prepare simple reports on sales activities and pipeline progress.
- Team support – Help with communication, documentation, and other tasks to keep sales moving smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of general work experience (sales support or admin experience is a plus).
- Willingness to learn about sales, lead management, and CRM tools.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to follow processes.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Professional, respectful, and positive attitude.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office / Google Suite)
- Must speak Arabic and English.
