We are seeking a Sales Coordinator with AutoCAD skills to join our team. This role involves supporting the sales team in client communication, quotations, and order follow-ups, while also providing basic technical drawing support. The ideal candidate will be able to coordinate between clients, sales, and design/production teams, ensuring smooth execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to support the sales process.
- Assist sales team with presentations, documents, and proposals.
- Prepare or update AutoCAD drawings/layouts as required for client projects.
- Track orders, deliveries, and payments, keeping clients informed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet project requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or technical sales.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
