We are looking for a Customer Support Executive fluent in French and English to join our growing team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our French-speaking clients with queries, resolving issues, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both French and English
- Provide accurate, timely, and effective resolutions to customer issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
- Ensure a professional and empathetic customer service approach at all times
Requirements:
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Prior experience in customer support or call center operations
- Experience in the fintech or financial services industry is a strong advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
