Job Title: Sales Executive – Fit-Out / Architectural Projects

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer with experience in the fit-out or architectural industry to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of developing client relationships and closing deals. A valid UAE driver's license is required for this role, as site visits and client meetings are a key part of the job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and architects.
- Generate leads and follow up on new project opportunities across the UAE.
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project presentations.
- Understand client requirements and propose customized fit-out or architectural solutions.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the design and estimation teams.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and competitors.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, (Preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in sales within the fit-out or architectural industry.
- Valid UAE Driver’s License and willingness to travel extensively across the UAE.
- Proven track record in outdoor sales and business development.
- Strong understanding of interior fit-out materials, designs, and project cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
