We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting inquiries into confirmed bookings and building long-term customer relationships. You will handle inquiries received through Google, WhatsApp, social media, phone calls, and emails, and play a crucial role in growing our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media.
- Understand client needs and propose appropriate service packages.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and service proposals.
- Coordinate with the operations team to schedule and confirm appointments.
- Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads and past clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints or service-related questions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in Facility Management, Technical Services, or Cleaning industries.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficient in using WhatsApp Business, email, and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and follow-ups in a timely manner.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
