Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business deals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services
- Identify and reach out to new markets and customer segments
- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads and sales activities
- Engage in warm calling techniques to build relationships with prospects
- Contribute to business development initiatives to expand the client base
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with technical sales and software solutions is advantageous
- Ability to conduct outbound calls effectively and achieve sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building rapport with customers
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools is preferred
