Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Outreach
- Identify and qualify new leads via calls, emails, networking events, and referrals
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in the CRM
Consultative Selling
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments for licensing, visas, and document services
- Present customized PRO solutions and demonstrate clear ROI
Proposal Development & Negotiation
- Draft detailed proposals, negotiate pricing and contract terms
- Collaborate with operations and legal teams to ensure service delivery
Client Relationship Management
- Onboard new clients and facilitate smooth hand-off to the service team
- Follow up for renewals, upsells, and referrals
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor regulatory updates and competitor offerings
- Provide weekly sales forecasts and performance reports to management2
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of B2B sales experience in Dubai, preferably in PRO services, business setup, or government-facing solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and consultative-selling abilities
- Comfortable using CRM platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, Salesforce)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
