Role Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the UAE market, and the ability to connect with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored media production solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities and expand our client portfolio.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Understand and effectively present our media production services to potential clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with the production team.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the industry.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and meetings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the UAE (media/advertising industry preferred).
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated, dynamic, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts.
- A go-getter attitude with the determination to thrive in competitive situations.
