Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Real Estate Sales
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and site visits
- Present, promote, and sell properties to prospective clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals with clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners
- Provide clients with guidance and information on the market conditions and available properties
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the real estate industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
- Valid driving license (if applicable) and own vehicle preferred
Salary & Commission:
- Compensation: Based on qualifications and experience
- Attractive Commission Structure based on performance
