Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and drive growth in our chandelier and luxury lighting division. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, an eye for design, and a deep appreciation for premium interior decor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with designers, contractors, retailers, and homeowners.
- Drive sales of chandeliers and luxury lighting through consultations, presentations, and showroom visits.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to promote our lighting collections.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and lighting design recommendations for clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions and campaigns.
- Stay current on lighting trends and competitor offerings.
- Handle design projects for custom light designs and interiors from quotation to installation of the products
- Handle material selection for new decorative lighting products, and construction services for customers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or a similar role
- Strong understanding of high-end customer service.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Passion for design, architecture, or lighting.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Must be fluent in Arabic (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Female (preferred)
