Overview of the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maximizing gross margins, and promoting electrical and electronic products, as well as spare parts and accessories. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction and maintaining high standards throughout the customer journey.
What You Will Do
- Achieve monthly unit sales targets by guiding customers through a structured sales process.
- Maximize retained gross margins on unit sales to maintain branch profitability.
- Meet monthly finance and insurance (F&I) product sales targets.
- Promote effective referrals to the Manager to enhance revenue and customer satisfaction opportunities.
- Achieve set targets for trade-ins and accessories sales.
- Manage leads to increase sales revenue, ensuring a high conversion rate from inquiries.
- Capture customer data accurately to enable efficient follow-up and referencing.
- Engage in continuous personal and professional growth through sales meetings and training sessions.
- Meet with suppliers and distributors to discuss products and spare parts.
- Respond to inquiries via chat, email, and phone calls.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up on delivery of products and spare parts.
- Report daily to the manager, submit tasks, and follow up.
Required Skills for Success
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of sales experience is required, preferably in the electric and electronics products and spare parts industry.
- Exceptional written and spoken communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence customer choices.
