Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist and guide clients in making decisions regarding formal outfits based on their preferences and needs.
- Offer expert advice and manage bridal consultations, taking custom orders and handling personalizations with care and precision.
- Lead and manage the store team, fostering a spirit of collaboration and enthusiasm.
- Provide regular reports to the team in HO on sales trends, client preferences, and regional demands.
- Oversee inventory and work in close coordination with the Sales Manager and team to ensure continued sales growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of experience in luxury fashion retail.
- Strong understanding of the design process and subcontinental garment craftsmanship to effectively assist clients with their purchasing decisions.
- Fluency in English and Urdu; proficiency in Arabic is a major advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
