Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Personal Loans.
- Good understanding of personal loan processes, credit criteria, and lending norms.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with local market dynamics and customer segments.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
