Job Title: Sales Executive (Female Arabic)
Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in trading building materials in the UAE. The role maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the building materials sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue
Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and institutional clients
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing channel partners and key accounts
Monitor sales team performance and provide coaching and support
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
Set sales targets, prepare forecasts, and monitor KPIs
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and product launches
Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations when necessary
Prepare periodic sales reports for management review
Stay updated on industry trends, new product developments, and regulations
Skills and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3 to 4 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail, ceramic and sanitary ware industry.
Strong knowledge of the UAE building materials market.
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
Experience in managing social media platforms is a plus.
UAE Driving License plus point
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
