We’re seeking a qualified IT and Networking Sales Associate to help sell the products and services that our require. The ideal person will have a strong understanding of the sales process and at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Sometimes tasked with giving presentations and attending networking events and trade shows, they must be both personable and professional with strong communication skills.
As an IT & Networking sales professional, you'll need to:
- speak to customers face to face, over the phone or on email.
- gain an understanding of customers' diverse and specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them
- carry out cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings
- generate and send quotes to customers for their requirements.
- identify and develop new business through networking and follow-up courtesy calls
- market and promote a portfolio of products through cold calls, in-person visits and via email
- maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing IT and networking technologies
- develop effective sales plans using sales methodology and report on activities daily, weekly and monthly
- provide technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of computer systems and networks, both before and after the sale
- meet sales targets set by managers and contribute to team targets
- network with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and up-selling
- manage after sales queries and channel the support to the manager
- respond to tender documents, proposals, RFQs
- manage workload in order to organise and prioritise daily and weekly goals
- ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers' product portfolio

Qualifications:
- Degree in IT related field with sales or technical certification from major OEM such as Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, HP, Dell, Lenovo, TP Link, Netgear, enGenius etc.
- At least 2 years experience in IT Sales – formal training in sales will be added advantage.

Package:
Base Salary: AED 1500-3000 per month
Variable: Commissions based on sales target and Gross Profit
Bonus: Quarterly based on exceeding targets
