About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to understand client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Promote and sell company products and services.
- Identify potential business opportunities and generate leads.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales agreements.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit sales reports to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in [engineering/energy/building solutions] sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
