YAY App is a rapidly growing food delivery platform revolutionizing the way people experience food. We're committed to connecting customers with their favorite restaurants, offering a seamless and innovative delivery service. As we expand across the region, we are looking for dynamic and experienced Sales Executives to join our passionate team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and onboard new restaurant partners to the YAY App platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurants to ensure ongoing collaboration and satisfaction.
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with partners.
- Act as a point of contact for restaurant partners to resolve any operational or service issues.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve visibility and performance of partner restaurants.
- Provide feedback to product and strategy teams based on merchant needs and market dynamics.
Requirements:
- Proven Sales Experience in food delivery platforms such as Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem NOW, Zomato, or Noon Food.
- Strong knowledge of the local food delivery ecosystem and competitive landscape.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license is advantage and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Existing relationships with restaurants and F&B brands in the region.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset.
