- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the store
- Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Assist in visual merchandising and inventory management
- Stay updated on the latest trends in jewellery and share knowledge with customers
